Refund Policy

AI-CREATION-STORE ("we," "us," or "our") provides access to many of the world's most advanced AI models. This Refund Policy explains our position on refunds for subscriptions, credits, and any other paid features available through our website, platform, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. If you have used any tokens, prompts, generations, or other paid features during your current billing period, you are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances except where required by applicable law.
By purchasing or renewing any paid plan on AI-CREATION-STORE, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
Summary of Our Refund Policy
AI-CREATION-STORE operates a strict no-refund policy. All sales of subscriptions, plans, credits, and add-ons are final. Because every prompt you send consumes paid compute (tokens) that we are billed for by upstream AI model providers in real time, we are not able to recover that cost once it has been spent on your behalf. If you have used any tokens, prompts, generations, or other paid features during the current billing period, you are not eligible for a refund. No Refunds
In Short: All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or pro-rated refunds.
By purchasing a AI-CREATION-STORE subscription, plan, credit pack, or any other paid feature, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are non-refundable.We do not issue refunds for unused portions of a billing period, unused credits, unused tokens, or services you chose not to use.
Why We Cannot Offer Refunds
In Short: Tokens cost real money the moment you use them, and that cost is non-recoverable.
AI-CREATION-STORE gives you access to many of the world's most expensive AI models — including frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Meta, Mistral, DeepSeek, and others. Every message you send and every output you generate consumes "tokens," which we are billed for in real time by the underlying AI providers.
Once a token has been spent on your behalf, that money is gone. It is paid to a third-party model provider and cannot be returned to AI-CREATION-STORE. Because of this, we cannot refund payments that have already been used to deliver compute to you, even in part.
This is why any usage during a billing period — even a single message, generation, or API call — makes that period non-refundable.
Token Usage Voids Refund Eligibility
In Short: If you have used any tokens on your account, you are not eligible for a refund.
For the purposes of this policy, "token usage" includes, without limitation, any of the following actions taken on or after your most recent purchase or renewal:
• Sending any message, prompt, or query to any AI model through the Services
• Generating any text, code, image, audio, video, or other output
• Running any agent, automation, workflow, tool call, or background task
• Uploading or analyzing any file, document, image, or other input
• Using any API, integration, MCP server, connector, or third-party tool that draws on AI compute
• Triggering any feature that consumes credits or tokens, whether directly or indirectly
If any of the above has occurred on your account since your purchase or renewal, your purchase is considered consumed and is non-refundable. We do not pro-rate refunds based on remaining tokens or unused portions of your plan.
Subscriptions and Auto-Renewals
In Short: You are responsible for cancelling before renewal. We do not refund renewals you forgot to cancel.
AI-CREATION-STORE subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price for your plan. By starting a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period. Your paid features remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
We do not provide refunds for:
• Renewals you intended to cancel but did not cancel in time
• Renewals you did not notice on your billing statement
• Subscriptions that auto-renewed while you were not actively using the Services
• Annual plans that you wish to convert to monthly after purchase
It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and to cancel before a renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
Free Trials, Promotional Offers, and Discounts
In Short: Promotional pricing is still non-refundable.
If we offer a free trial, promotional discount, lifetime deal, or special pricing, the same no-refund policy applies once a paid charge has been processed. Trials that convert to paid subscriptions are subject to this policy from the moment the first paid charge occurs.
If you do not want a free trial to convert into a paid subscription, you must cancel before the trial ends. We do not refund charges incurred at the end of a trial period.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
In Short: Please contact us first before disputing a charge with your bank.
If you believe a charge on your account is unauthorized or incorrect, please contact us at support@ai-creation.store before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We will work with you in good faith to investigate any billing concern.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a legitimate, authorized charge — including a charge for a subscription you forgot to cancel or for tokens you have already used — is a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to:
• Suspend or terminate your account
• Disable access to any associated data, generations, or content
• Recover any costs associated with the dispute, including bank fees, processor fees, and reasonable administrative expenses
• Refuse future service on any AI-CREATION-STORE account associated with the disputing user
Submitting a chargeback does not entitle you to a refund under this policy.
Limited Exceptions
In Short: We grant refunds only where required by law, or for verifiable duplicate charges.
The only situations in which we may issue a refund are:
• Where required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction (for example, certain mandatory statutory rights that cannot be waived by contract)
• A verifiable duplicate charge from our payment processor for the exact same plan on the same account on the same day, where no tokens were consumed against the duplicated charge
• A documented platform-wide outage that prevented all use of the Services for an extended and material portion of your billing period, at our sole discretion
In any of the above cases, you must contact us at support@ai-creation.store within 14 days of the charge in question, with your account email and the transaction details. We will review the request and, where appropriate, issue the refund to your original payment method. Granting one exception does not create an obligation to grant future exceptions.
